How will my order be shipped? |
Buy-It PC Computer uses UPS & USPS to ship all of its orders
within North America and worldwide.
From our experience, USPS provides the most economy
service than UPS. Although, UPS does provides the most reliable
service at the most competitive rate. UPS offers
step by step tracking information and signature
delivery confirmation. You will be able to pinpoint
the exact location and progress of your package. All
packages will be fully insured for shipping.
PO BOX, APO, FPO & certain remote areas may not
be acceptable for a shipping method to
ship to these locations. So, to assure proper
delivery we eagerly suggest a physical address
given, (most by billing of credit card) upon
delivery.

Will there be any issues shipping
to Canada or Mexico? |
Buy-It PC Computer has "borderless" shipping to
either Canada or Mexico.

Worldwide shipping. |
Please note we do not ship desktop computers
under $2000 outside of US & Canada as shipping cost
make the transaction difficult. For computers above
$2000, please contact us directly for information.
We do welcome international laptop orders. We
ship worldwide; our customers are in many countries
across the world. Payments and shipments with Buy-It
PC Computers are safe and secure. We ship worldwide via
UPS and FedEx at special low rates. All shipments
are fully insured and promptly delivered. Please

How do I track my package? |
After your order has been shipped, you will receive
an email to the email address you used with your
order. This email is automatically generated after
your item is being shipped. You can then track your
order by UPS
with a package tracking number. You
may visit www.ups.com
and enter the tracking number to track your package.
You may also call UPS regarding package tracking
information. Tel.: 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877)
If you do not receive any email from UPS with
tracking information, please check your junk mail
folders and make sure you have disabled any junk
email filters. You may also send an email to
support@buyitpc.com to inquire the status of
your order.
Please also remember that it takes several hours
after you have received your tracking email for
information to be available for viewing on
www.ups.com

How do I find out my shipping costs? |
Your shipping cost will be calculated for you during
check out. Your shipping address is required for
shipping cost calculation.

How do I lower my shipping cost? |
Shipping bulky items such as monitors, LCDs and
printers can increase your shipping cost. Try
checking out without these items in your shopping
cart to get a lower shipping cost.

Can I come to your store to pick up my
order to save on shipping? |
Yes. We would be happy to meet you and if you come
to our store to pick up your order, all shipping
charges will be waived. Contact us prior to placing
your order online for us to help you.

When will you ship out my order? |
All computer component orders
that are in stock will be shipped within 48
hours after payment has been received.
Computer system orders are usually shipped in 1
- 3 business days. Certain special order items
and larger computer system orders will require
longer time to build and test before shipping.

How will I know that you have shipped out
my order? |
1. Please go to user's menu and view your
status under order details.
2. You will also be automatically contacted by UPS VIA email immediately after shipment.

How long will it take to receive my order? |
Each order will differ in transit time. We have many
customers being able to receive their orders within
1 - 3 days even when using UPS ground service. We
also offer UPS 3 day service and over night
delivery. Please call us for availability and costs.
